Say 'No' to Plastic Bags in Style

FAQ

How long will it take to get my DEED bag?

All DEED bags are handmade-to-order by Emma in her small Melbourne studio. We will aim to dispatch all orders for CLASSIC DEED bags in 5 working days. Orders of multiple bags, plus LUXE, VINTAGE and special commission bags may take up to 10 days to dispatch. We have also found that Mother's Day and Christmas are very busy times for orders - so please bear this in mind when placing your order.

You are always very welcome to contact Emma in the studio to check on your order, at: info@deedbags.com

Pricing

When you buy a DEED bag, you are buying a quality handmade product direct from the maker, which is often a very limited edition. There are no wholesale or retail mark-ups. Likewise, because there are no crazy mark-ups, there will never be any crazy mark-down sales :)

Do you sell wholesale or in retail shops?

DEED bags, at this stage, is a purely web-based retailer selling direct from the maker to the customer.

Postage

Since the advent of COVID-19 DEED bags are posted with Australia Post via EXPRESS post. We have found that if not sent via Express post, the orders take far too long to get to our customers. Please note, that Australia Post does not guarantee 'next day delivery' with the Express post service, but it is still given priority over standard mail delivery.

We are also very pleased to be able to offer FREE contactless LOCAL DELIVERY, for all addresses within a 5km radius of Church Street, Brighton, VIC.
